Tom Percival
Tom began his career in 1978 as a forestry consultant for a private firm in Raleigh, NC.  Soon after transferring to Lumberton, NC in 1981, he opened his own Forestry Consulting firm where he continues as owner of Percival Land & Timber Consultants, Inc.  Tom has been a licensed Forester and licensed Real Estate Broker since his career began and brings to his clients over 30 years of experience in land and timber investment.

Kenneth A. Richardson
Kenneth obtained a BSBA Degree in Insurance and Real Estate from Appalachian State University in 1975, to begin his career in Real Estate.  The road to achieving the prestigious ALC Designation took him along a path that included working with the North Carolina Department of Transportation, Right of Way Branch; the operation of a family business and the opening of K.A. Richardson Company in 1985.  K.A. Richardson Company is a real estate appraisal and counseling company located in Lumberton, North Carolina.  Kenneth obtained the North Carolina State Appraisal Certification as a General Appraiser in 1991 and the ALC Designation in 2010.

W. Craig Lovette
Living in the Lumberton area for over 53 years, Craig is currently the Business Development Officer/Vice President - Commercial and Retail Banking Officer for First Bank of Lumberton, NC.  Additional banking experience includes work in the Trust Real Estate department at UCB in Whiteville, NC where he managed and operated farming operations for bank trust properties.  Craig also co-managed Pates Supply Company Farms (wheat, tobacco, corn and soybeans), and was sales manager of Carolina Seeds.  Prior to joining Pates Supply Company Farms, Craig was employed by the USDA-ASCS (Farm Service Agency) where he performed crop estimates of production, measured grain bins to determine crop volume for USDA.  He worked with scaled aerial photography and polar planimeter to determine crop acreage and crop verification.  Craig farmed tobacco, wheat, corn, soybeans and cucumbers with his family prior to joining the USDA-ASCS.
